24hr Cancellation Policy Enforcement Announcement
I have been extremely lenient on this in the past & unfortunately now it has become necessary to become more firm with this policy. I do understand life happens and I am always understanding of emergency situations.
Please understand that when appointments are cancelled without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to refill the time & other valued clients are unable to schedule services they need. I ask that you give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I am happy to adjust or cancel your session with 24 hours notice!
Cancellations the day before & within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price.
Same Day or No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
Having a Card on File is now required
(stored securely in Square)
for New & Existing Clients.
